Dear Parents/Guardians,

We have reached the end of the Academic Year.Let me thank all of you for the constant support and
co-operation extended throughout the year. The closing is for a new beginning.Yet another new session will be
awaiting for us. The children benefited in manifold ways as the school marched on to its glorious heights. Slmilar
co-operation is expected in the forth coming year, so as to promote the growth and progress of your ward and
consequently of this institution.
PARENTING TIPS
Parenting is a skill which is enriched with daily experiences. Parenting is not easy as you parents WOUld have realized
by now.These are some tips which will help to make the journey smoother and easier.
- Try to set aside time on a regular basis to do something fun with your children. Rather than tell them what not to do,
teach and show them what they should do.
- Use descriptive praise when they do something well.
- Try to see a situation to the way your children do.Listen carefully to them.Try to form a mental picture of how it
would look to them.
- Use a soft ,confident tone of ˜voice to redirect them when they are upset.
- Be a good listener: Use good eye contact.
- Look for gradual changes in behavior. Don't expect too much. Praise behavior that is coming closer to the desired
goal.
- Now I wish to draw your kind attention to certain points concerning the declaration of result, promotion to the higher
classes and re-opening of the school.
- Result: Nursery, LKG, UKG will be on 15-03-19.Timing: 8:30 am to 11:30 am
Books distribution on the same day i.e.15-03-2019, timing: 9:00am to 12:30 pm
For admission to Class lst, the aspiring student's, Parent's shall collect admission form (Rs 1000) from the school
officc on 5th, 6th & 7th March. The duly filled Admission form along with Notary attested Date of Birth certificate
and Aadhar Card copy and passport photo of child shall be submitted in the office on the same day. The first
installment of school fee shall also be deposited at the time of admission.
New Session(2019-20)opens on lst april Timing: LKG & UKG 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
New Session begins for Nursery on 4th April, Timing: 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Being the first day parents are
welcomed with their ward to attend the prayer session in the school auditorium at 9:00 am.
From 5th April onwards regular classes will be held for Nursery. Every Saturday wiil be a holiday for Nursery LKG
& UKG.
- Students will not be allowed to go home till the classes get over ,unless there are any serious reason
- If your ward is unwell please do not send him/her to the school .submit the leave application the very next day if a
leave is taken.
- Be punctual to school. Late comers will not be permitted to the class.10minutes before the assembly begins gate
will be closed (summer 8:20 am and Winter 9:20 am)
- Send your ward in proper uniform,neat and tidy.
- Send tiffin along with the students. It shall not be accepted if sent later on with anybody, for safety purpose only.
- kindly go through the dairy throughly and observe the rules concerning the school and the code of conduct.
- Deposit the school fee on time (April, July, October & January) without crossing the dead line. Let us jointly thank
God for this eventful and successful year and pray for the coming new Academic Session. Best of luek for
examination and welcome back with a renewed spirit and enthusiasm.
